Georgia is an accidental writer, and she loves to write little stories about big things.

A beautiful life punctuated by heartache has inspired her to honour the love her late husband had for their boys. Her first book, “My Dad is an Eagle Now”, is simple and heartfelt, recreating the story her husband told their boys during his time battling terminal cancer; that when they see a wedge tailed eagle soaring in the skies above, it’s him, checking up on them. It offers a safe and comforting space to navigate grief for families. Since its release in 2022, Georgia has donated over $15,000 to cancer research from the sales of the book.

In 2024, Georgia and Australian artist, Ilana Greener, came together again to release a second book, “The Blue Horse”.Georgia’s stories translate across the ages, and Ilana’s illustrations bring them to life.“The Blue Horse” takes the reader to the ocean, on a poetic journey of leaning into fear, and riding the waves of life.

In 2025, Ilana & Georgia are collaborating for a third time, and it promises to be another moving story for your little ones… Keep an eye on out as “Forrest’s First Day” comes to life.


Alongside raising her two beautiful boys, Fergus and Freddie, Georgia runs a grass fed beef cattle operation in Western Victoria. The boys love doing stock work on their motorbikes, and Georgia on her horses.For more glimpses into their lives, make sure you follow along on instagram.
